The staff was very nice. They were willing to assist us. The ribeye tacos at the Gohan Grill were very good. Victor and Santos were great.

The bars close early. Everything was closed super early. I could not play music by the pool. Managers and supervisors were rude.

The resort app included daily activities and restaurant details. the waterslides were enjoyable. i was very happy with my garden view room. It included two double beds, a sitting area and a balcony. the room size exceeded my expectations!

the beach was not as clean as i would have hoped.

the hotel is relatively small so it is easy to access amenities. you do not have to walk far to reach the pools, restaurants, and kids club. the resort is a bit older but the premises were well maintained. the resort offers great views.

the staff was mostly attentive.

The beach was a huge letdown due to the sargassum seaweed. The smell was really bad. i understand the resort can't control the seaweed, but they didn't try to adjust anything. i also wasn't thrilled about the food quality. The restaurants served very average meals.
